Mastermyne, an ASX-listed group, is seeking a Management Accountant for a permanent, full-time role.

About the Opportunity: Reporting to the Acting Manager, Management Accounting, this position will provide management accounting support to the coal contracting business. The role offers exposure to various functions, including:
- Project reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial modelling and report development
- Management reporting
- Business partnering with management teams
About You: To be considered, you will possess strong communication and analytical skills, along with a desire to learn and grow within the business. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a natural problem solver, and have strong time management skills. You will take ownership of your work and consistently look for opportunities to enhance processes and commercial outcomes.
Key attributes sought for this role include:
- Experience working for a contracting business.
- Demonstrated experience of data extraction and reporting from an ERP system, preferably within a labour-intensive or services industry.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Strong commercial management skills.
Ideally, you will have a completed Bachelor degree and have completed or be working towards completing your CA/CPA studies, complemented by demonstrated post-qualification experience.
