Duties & Responsibilities:

• Undertake a mix of compliance and advisory work for a portfolio of clients.
• Work closely with GP and specialist practice owners as a trusted business adviser.
• Provide advisory services across tax planning, structuring, benchmarking, profitability, and business growth.
• Mentor and support junior team members while reviewing compliance work.
• Cultivate strong client relationships with a consultative, long-term approach to advice and service.

What We Are Looking For:

• A relationship-focused Manager who genuinely enjoys working closely with clients and building long-term trusted partnerships.
• Strong technical accounting and tax compliance skills, with a desire to be involved in broader advisory and value-added client work.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial and tax matters in a clear and practical way.
• CA or CPA qualified.
