Bentley Recruitment is seeking a Manager - Business Advisory & Tax for a full-time, hybrid role in Sydney NSW, with a package up to $180,000.

Join a well-established mid-tier accounting and advisory firm operating nationally and internationally. This role offers engagement with privately owned groups and high-net-worth clients, encompassing tax, outsourced CFO, and business advisory functions. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee complex client engagements from initiation to completion.
• Prepare and review tax, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Deliver strategic tax and commercial advice.
• Lead, review, and mentor junior team members.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.

About You:

• CA/CPA qualified.
• Minimum of 5 years' Australian practice experience.
• Demonstrated client-facing and commercial advisory skills.
• Experience with complex, high-turnover client groups.
• Xero experience is highly regarded.
