This is a unique opportunity to influence how we safeguard and expand our most critical client relationships. This position is central to our ambition, assisting us in proactively protecting revenue, reinforcing key relationships, and identifying new growth avenues firm-wide. We seek a commercially astute individual adept at transforming insights into action and influencing outcomes within a complex stakeholder landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of our client retention program, with a focus on protecting and growing high-value and at-risk clients.
- Conduct client discussions and feedback sessions to identify risks, strengthen relationships, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Manage client conversation reporting, translating feedback, themes, and risk indicators into actionable recommendations for Partners and leadership.
- Oversee and develop our Client Voice survey program to ensure timely identification and action on issues.
- Collaborate with Service Line, Industry, and Business Development teams to integrate client retention into growth strategies.
- Support pricing and renewal discussions to safeguard margins while retaining key relationships.
- Prepare insight packs for the CEO and leadership to inform strategic client engagement.
- Utilise marketing technology and data platforms to facilitate more effective, insight-driven decision-making.
- Promote the adoption of tools and processes that enable faster, improved client decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in client management, business development, or strategic program delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into commercial results.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, including an understanding of pricing and revenue drivers.
- Proficiency in project management and execution.
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and client insight tools.
