We are partnering with a highly regarded organisation to recruit a Manager, Commercial Advisory to join a high-performing team. This team is responsible for delivering strategic commercial advice, business cases, financial analysis, and decision support across a diverse portfolio of high-impact initiatives. This is not a traditional finance role.

You will partner with senior executives and operational leaders to solve complex business challenges, evaluate strategic opportunities, and influence key organisational decisions.

About the Opportunity Reporting to the Associate Director, Financial Modelling & Business Partnering, you will lead and contribute to a broad range of commercial advisory projects, including:

• Business case development and evaluation
• Commercial and financial assessments
• Strategic reviews and organisational analysis
• Infrastructure and capital investment initiatives
• Organisation-wide transformation projects
• Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
• Consultant management and project oversight

You will be trusted to work autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and present well-reasoned recommendations to senior decision-makers.

Financial modelling experience is advantageous; however, the ability to interpret analysis, challenge assumptions, and influence outcomes is more important than being a highly technical modeller.
