Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end finance operations across APAC, encompassing month-end, year-end, and reporting processes.
• Drive financial consolidation and IFRS-compliant reporting aligned with global standards.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to support decision-making.
• Strengthen financial governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Operations, and Country Management.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional finance team.

Requirements:

• CPA / CA qualification with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner, or Regional Finance role.
• Strong background in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance (IFRS).
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving performance across multiple locations.
• Highly analytical with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.
