Role Description: We are seeking a Manager to join our Superannuation team.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Possession of a relevant university degree.
• Exceptional knowledge of Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs).
• Experience with BGL and Class is desirable.
• Exceptional communication and team management skills.
• A strong desire to continue developing your leadership career.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Review SMSF compliance documents, including financial statements and tax returns.
• Allocate and manage the workflow for a growing team.
• Actively develop and support more junior team members.
• Manage a portfolio of SMSF clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Engage in effective and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the broader William Buck team when required.
