Lumia Care is transforming person-centred aged care and disability services throughout Australia. As we experience significant growth and expansion, we are expanding our Marketing team and seeking to fill two distinct roles: a Marketing Coordinator and a Brand Engagement Coordinator.

Marketing Coordinator (Digital & Growth Focus)

This role will drive performance across digital marketing, campaigns, and CRM to support lead generation and business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing and optimising digital campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Managing SEO, website journeys, and conversion pathways.
• Building and optimising CRM workflows and customer journeys.
• Developing campaign reporting and performance insights.
• Improving data integrity across marketing platforms.

Brand Engagement Coordinator (Content & Community Focus)

This role will bring the Lumia Care brand to life through content, storytelling, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and coordinating content across social media, website, and campaigns.
• Managing social media presence and content calendars.
• Supporting events, community activations, and partnerships.
• Capturing and promoting brand and client stories.
• Ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

About You

We are looking for energetic, hands-on marketing professionals who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

You will bring:

• Experience in marketing, digital, communications, or brand roles.
• Exposure to campaigns, social media, CRM, or content marketing.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Passion for working in a purpose-driven organisation.

Desirable:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
• Experience with Google Analytics, CRM, or marketing automation tools.
• Exposure to aged care, disability, healthcare, or community services.
