This role offers an excellent starting point for a career in finance. You will report to a Media Payables Supervisor and be part of a substantial team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reconciliations and payments for designated media types.
• Match, validate, and reconcile media supplier invoices against the Spectra MD system.
• Promptly forward all account queries to media buyers for resolution before supplier payment is due.
• Conduct regular bi-weekly follow-ups on outstanding account queries.
• Process media supplier invoices for payment in a timely manner.
• Address all media supplier queries courteously and promptly.
