About the Role As a Mentor/Support Worker, you will engage in one-on-one relationships with clients, fostering their confidence, independence, and practical life skills. Support is personalised to individual goals and may encompass:

• Community engagement and social connections
• Utilising public transport
• Time management and daily routines
• Home maintenance tasks
• Holiday planning and participation
• Building friendships
• Exploring educational or employment pathways

This position is centred on building relationships through encouragement, trust, and positive experiences. Please note, this role does not include personal care or medication administration.

Hours & Locations Shifts are available across various Melbourne suburbs. Up to 38 hours per week may be available. Shifts are typically 3–6 hours in duration and often occur at consistent times each week. Opportunities for multiple shifts per day exist. Availability during weekdays and weekends is required. You will be supported through a team-based approach, with ongoing guidance and training provided.

Requirements You must possess, or be willing to obtain, the following:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• CPR Certificate
• First Aid Certificate
• Valid Australian driver’s licence
• Access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Pay & Benefits This position is covered under Level 1, Pay Point 2 of the relevant award. Remuneration is as follows:

• $33.94 per hour – weekday
• $37.33 per hour – weekday evening
• $47.51 per hour – Saturday
• $61.09 per hour – Sunday
• $74.66 per hour – public holiday

Travel reimbursement of $0.99 per kilometre is provided for required travel during work hours. A 12% superannuation contribution will be made.
