Office Administrator - Kalgoorlie

Right at Home provides comprehensive in-home care and support to clients across the Kalgoorlie Wheatbelt area. We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Office Administrator to join our Care Management team. This role will be the primary point of contact for incoming client enquiries, developing relationships with clients and their families.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to client enquiries and handling requests, feedback, general care inquiries, and complaints from clients, their families, and stakeholders.
  • Preparing initial client take-on documentation.
  • Booking initial consultation appointments for the Care Management team.
  • Maintaining the CRM system on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets compliance requirements.
  • Contributing to the development of new and existing business opportunities.
  • Liaising with internal team members, clients, families, and third-party health professionals.
  • Staying informed about changes within the Home Care Package and NDIS industries.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Demonstrated administrative experience with the capacity to manage demanding workloads.
  • A client-focused attitude.
  • Clear and precise written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft 365, and the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • A National Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Demonstrated ability to actively contribute to the organisation’s goals.
  • The ability to quickly build trust and rapport with a range of stakeholders.
  • A valid Driver’s Licence.
  • A high level of computer literacy, good communication skills, and a personable telephone manner.
  • The ability to problem-solve and think quickly under pressure.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • The ability to multitask with strong attention to detail while remaining calm and focused.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Recent experience in a similar administrative position.
  • Experience within the Aged Care and/or Disability sector.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.

The following are essential:

  • National Police Clearance Certificate.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
