Payroll Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise and current payroll records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Process standard payroll runs and assist with monthly and ad hoc reporting.
- Serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries, escalating to the Payroll Accountant as necessary.
- Update Connx work patterns and line managers, and resolve basic system issues.
- Support ad hoc payroll audits and projects through accurate data entry.
Requirements:
- Experience with MicrOpay & ConnX.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A high degree of organisation and time management, with the capacity to prioritise tasks.
- Comfort working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
