Professional Search Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager for a full-time, hybrid role in Perth WA. The salary offered is $150,000 - $170,000.

This position offers the chance to lead a global payroll function, drive process improvements, and work a 38-hour week with flexible working hours. A hybrid working arrangement is available, allowing for up to 2 days working from home post-probation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing a team of Payroll Officers.
• Managing end-to-end payroll across multiple countries.
• Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
• Overseeing payroll reporting, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
• Driving payroll systems enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Acting as the go-to expert on all payroll-related matters.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in a Payroll Manager role.
• Strong experience managing multi-jurisdictional payrolls.
• Excellent knowledge of awards, enterprise agreements, and payroll legislation.
• A collaborative leadership style with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for improving systems, processes, and team capability.
