Payroll Officer

The Role
Linkforce is seeking a Payroll Officer to join our Finance Division. This is a full-time permanent role based at our Perth Head Office. You will report to the Financial Controller and be supported by a Financial Administrator.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing of end-to-end payroll using Pronto.
- Interpretation and application of relevant awards and contracts.
- Overseeing payroll services, including payroll systems and maintenance of employee databases and entitlements.
- Addressing payroll-related queries and providing prompt solutions.
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of payroll records.
- Interpreting company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures.
What You Will Need
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Pronto is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound computer literacy and competence in using the Microsoft Office suite of products.
- An organised approach to work, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on activities.
- Ability to work as a team member as well as autonomously.
