Oakdale Group is a leader in the Formwork Industry, with over 30 years of experience delivering projects across NSW, ACT, and Queensland. Our portfolio includes commercial projects such as hospitals, shopping centres, and large residential high-rise properties.

We are looking for an Experienced Payroll Officer with a strong background in Commercial Construction payroll management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage weekly payroll across multiple projects, awards, and EBAs.
• Process payroll from end to end on a weekly basis.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Ensure employer reporting obligations are met.
• Execute payroll month-end processes.
• Generate weekly management reports.
• Collaborate with management to enhance current processes.
• Ensure employer compliance with ATO reporting requirements, superannuation obligations, and other relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Payroll Management within a Construction environment.
• Experience with MYOB payroll software and add-on solutions is preferable.
• Understanding of current legislation and compliance.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work with management to improve processes.
• Must be proactive and solutions-focused.
• Ability to interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
