Professional Search Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer for a permanent, full-time role based in Burswood. This hybrid position offers a salary of $90,000 - $100,000 + Super.

The Role

As a member of a friendly and supportive team, your responsibilities will encompass the complete payroll cycle, ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation, awards, and company policies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing end-to-end payroll accurately and within deadlines.
• Addressing payroll inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
• Maintaining employee records and payroll data.
• Managing superannuation, leave, and other payroll-related obligations.
• Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations.
• Ensuring compliance with awards, enterprise agreements, and legislative requirements.
• Contributing to process improvements and system enhancements.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will possess:

• Previous experience in an end-to-end Payroll Officer capacity.
• A strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and awards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with payroll systems and proficient Excel skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach.
