This is an immediate start contract, with the successful candidate joining a global aviation organisation during a significant business project. You will provide essential support for a large-scale redundancy program, focusing on managing complex termination payments and leave reconciliations. This presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned payroll professional capable of quickly integrating and operating with minimal supervision. The contract is for an initial 6-month duration, with flexible working arrangements including 1-2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process complex termination and redundancy payments.
• Complete leave reconciliations and final pay calculations.
• Interpret and apply payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Review and reconcile payroll data, resolving discrepancies.
• Respond to complex payroll queries and provide payroll support.
• Assist with payroll governance and process improvements.

About You:

• Proven experience in payroll processing within a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience processing terminations and final payments.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work autonomously and hit the ground running.
