Ryman Healthcare is seeking a Casual Personal Care Worker to join the team at Deborah Cheetham Retirement Village in Ocean Grove. We aim to be leaders in aged care, championing a continuum of care model that delivers personalised care based on residents' health needs, preferences, and rights. About the Role

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

• Building enduring relationships with residents and their families.
• Adhering to individual resident care plans, providing care that meets the standard of "good enough for mum and dad."
• Utilising the latest technology, including the myRyman care app.
• Collaborating with and supporting colleagues to foster a positive team environment.

About You

To be successful in our supportive and caring environment, you will possess:

• A Certificate III/IV in Ageing Support or a Certificate III in Individual Support.
• An inherent kindness.
• Strong empathy.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanour.
