BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer to join our team in Morayfield. This is a casual, onsite position.

We are looking for an individual who is motivated to build meaningful connections and positively impact the lives of others through everyday actions.

About the Role: As a Personal Carer, you will provide community-based care to clients, supporting their independence and enhancing their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Travelling to clients' homes for scheduled visits.
• Engaging in one-on-one support with clients in their homes.
• Assisting with daily living activities, including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
• Delivering care in accordance with individualised Care Plans.
• Supporting clients with community-based recreational and social activities.
• Providing transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

Role Requirements:

• Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification - Essential.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential.
• A roadworthy and insured vehicle (Third Party Property minimum) for work use - Essential.
• Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
• Ability to satisfy required probity checks by legislation or policy.

Remuneration:

• $36.32 per hour plus superannuation.
• Casual loading.
• Not-for-profit salary packaging, which increases take-home pay.
