Lutheran Services invites applications for multiple casual Personal Carer positions at Zion Aged Care in Nundah, Queensland.

As a Personal Carer, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, upholding their dignity and respect.
• Fostering resident independence and well-being, supporting their quality of life.
• Collaborating within a team environment, working alongside nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support personnel to ensure optimal resident experiences.
• Aiding with resident mobility and the use of equipment to maintain safety.
• Offering emotional support and cultivating a nurturing atmosphere.
• Accurately documenting care activities within iCare and adhering to best practices.
• Partnering with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to deliver holistic care.

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability).
• An NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check, or a willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in a similar aged care role.

Salary: $40.81 - $45.26 per hour (inclusive of a 25% casual loading) plus Superannuation, Salary Packaging, and access to Staff Discounts & Benefits. Flexibility across shifts and days is required for these multiple casual positions.
