Sirv is seeking experienced Positive Behaviour Support Managers interested in building and operating their own business unit, free from unnecessary restrictions. This is a unique opportunity to partner with Sirv and enjoy both personal and financial rewards for your efforts.

Sirv has developed a new service delivery model to empower skilled support managers to run their own operations. We are looking for partners ready to start immediately and eager to benefit from their work. This opportunity is available to professionals across all locations, enabling them to leverage established networks.

The Model

Sirv's model is designed to empower experienced industry managers passionate about achieving excellent outcomes. Qualified Managers can join as Practice Managers and earn 30% of their business unit's profitability. You will be directly financially rewarded for your contributions.

Sirv provides the systems, tools, processes, licenses, and resources to build and run your own Sirv business unit. The Sirv Corporate Team handles all back-office functions, including compliance, payroll, invoicing, accounting, advertising, and marketing. Your Role

Your role will be similar to your current position, with the added operational autonomy to grow and manage a Positive Behaviour Support business unit that delivers exceptional service and outcomes. You can work from home, with the option to establish your own office as your business grows.

To succeed as a Positive Behaviour Support Manager, you will need the following experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years working as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a relevant Bachelor's Degree (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social, Disability, Teaching, or Social Sciences).
  • Business Development experience: The ability to confidently meet with industry stakeholders and government departments to demonstrate capability and build trust in supporting young people.
  • Recruitment: Ability to recruit and build a practitioner team that meets participant needs and requirements.
  • Service: To "Sirv" your Participants and Support Staff with empathy and passion.
  • Teamwork: To contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to be their best.

Rewards & Remuneration

Sirv offers unparalleled rewards. As your business expands, your profit share will increase.

  • Year 1 Managers are expected to earn between $120,000 to $200,000 On Target Earnings (OTE) as the business is established.
  • From Year 2 onwards, Managers should expect to earn between $200,000 and $300,000+ OTE.
  • A starting base package of $90,000 + Super + $8,000 Car Allowance is provided to assist in establishing your business.
  • 30% profit share bonuses based on your business unit's bottom line, paid quarterly and annually.
  • Access to a dedicated business coach and mentor for scaling support.
  • Full back-office, corporate services, quality, and compliance team support.
  • Full work from home arrangement.

Prerequisites

We require experienced Practice Managers with strong character and attitude. Our focus is on being the best, not the biggest, necessitating top industry operators.

To be an PBSP Manager, you must:

  • Have built robust networks and managed operations within a youth services business.
  • Have built and managed teams, demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • Possess strong ambition to build a robust and profitable business.
  • Be passionate about children and youth outcomes.
  • Have a drive to help colleagues and teammates succeed and achieve their goals.
