Sirv is offering an exceptional opportunity for experienced Positive Behaviour Support Managers to establish and operate their own business unit with full autonomy. This model is designed to remove operational red tape and allow for superior support and service delivery.

We are seeking partners who are ready to commence operations and are motivated by both personal and financial rewards. This position is open to candidates located in regional or city areas, providing a platform to leverage existing professional networks.

The Model

Sirv's model empowers experienced industry managers passionate about achieving excellent outcomes. Qualified Managers can join as Practice Managers and receive 30% of their business unit's profit. This structure directly rewards your contributions.

Sirv provides the necessary systems, tools, processes, licenses, and resources to build and operate your Sirv business unit. The Sirv Corporate Team handles all back-office functions, including compliance, payroll, invoicing, accounting, advertising, and marketing. You will have full operational autonomy to manage your business unit.

Your Role

Your role will encompass your current responsibilities, augmented by operational autonomy to develop and manage a Positive Behaviour Support business that delivers outstanding service and outcomes. You can work from home, with the option to secure your own office space once your business grows.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years working as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, holding a relevant Bachelor's Degree (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social, Disability, Teaching, or Social Sciences).
  • Business Development experience, with the ability to confidently engage with industry stakeholders and government departments to showcase capability and build trust in supporting young people.
  • Recruitment experience to build a practitioner team that meets participant needs.
  • A commitment to "Sirv" (serve) participants and support staff with empathy and passion.
  • A collaborative spirit to support fellow Sirv team members in achieving their best.

Rewards & Remuneration

  • Year 1 earnings are projected between $120,000 and $200,000.
  • From Year 2 onwards, earnings are expected to range from $200,000 to $300,000+.
  • A starting base package of $90,000 + Superannuation + $8,000 Car Allowance.
  • 30% profit share bonuses based on your business unit's bottom line, paid quarterly and annually.
  • Access to a dedicated business coach and mentor for scaling support.
  • Comprehensive back-office, corporate services, and quality and compliance teams.
  • Full work-from-home arrangement.

Prerequisites

We seek experienced Practice Managers with strong character and attitude. Our focus is on being the best, requiring exceptional industry operators.

To be an PBSP Manager, you must possess:

  • Established robust networks and experience managing operations within a youth services business.
  • Proven ability to build and manage teams, demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • Strong ambition to develop a successful and profitable business.

  • A drive to support colleagues and teammates in achieving their goals.
