Sirv is seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Manager to build and operate a dedicated business unit. This is a unique chance to run your own operational business with significant autonomy, free from excessive red tape.

The Model Sirv's model is focused on empowering experienced industry managers passionate about delivering excellent outcomes. Qualified Managers can join as Practice Managers and receive 30% of their business unit's net profit. This structure allows direct financial reward for your contributions. Sirv provides the necessary systems, tools, processes, licenses, and resources to establish and run your Sirv business unit. The Sirv Corporate Team handles all back-office functions, including compliance, payroll, invoicing, accounting, advertising, and marketing. Your Role Your responsibilities will mirror your current role, augmented by operational autonomy to develop and manage a high-performing PBSP business unit delivering exceptional service and outcomes. You can work remotely from any location, with the flexibility to establish your own office once your business unit grows sufficiently.

To succeed in this Positive Behaviour Support Manager role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, holding a relevant Bachelor's Degree (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social Sciences, Disability Studies, Teaching).
• Business Development experience, with the ability to confidently engage with industry stakeholders and government departments, demonstrating your capability and trustworthiness to support young people.
• Recruitment experience to build a practitioner team that aligns with participant needs and requirements.
• A commitment to "Sirv" your Participants and Support Staff with empathy and passion.
• A willingness to foster a supportive environment, contributing to the success of fellow Sirv team members.

Rewards & Remuneration Sirv offers significant rewards. As your business unit expands, your profit share will increase. Managers are projected to earn between $120,000 and $300,000+ annually, with Year 1 earnings anticipated between $120,000 and $200,000 as the business is established.

• Starting base package: $90,000 + Superannuation + $8,000 Car Allowance to assist in business establishment.
• 30% profit share bonuses, calculated on your business unit's bottom line, paid quarterly and annually.
