Pricing and Revenue Coordinator COPE Sensitive Freight Orchard Hills Full-time, Onsite

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pricing & Revenue Coordinator to join our Commercial team. This role is integral to ensuring pricing accuracy, billing integrity, and the identification of revenue opportunities throughout the business. You will collaborate closely with Pricing, Operations, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to support accurate rating, manage reporting, and ensure all revenue is captured correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply contracted and approved pricing rates accurately.
- Manage and resolve pricing exceptions where automated rating is not applicable.
- Process consignments and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Manage Bomb Off reports and investigate pricing/upload issues.
- Maintain and update pricing schedules and customer quotes.
- Identify and report revenue leakage, undercharging, and pricing gaps.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment between operations and pricing.
- Maintain registers and documentation pertaining to pricing discrepancies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing structures and processes.
What You Will Bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience within the transport/logistics industry.
- Experience in pricing, billing, or revenue control functions is highly desirable.
- Exposure to sensitive freight is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capability.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- The ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
