The Engineering and Technology Branch is seeking a Principal Engineer (Pavement Rehabilitation). This role will offer specialist pavement rehabilitation engineering services and technical advice to support the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of road transport infrastructure. A thorough understanding of national and international best practices in pavement rehabilitation techniques and construction is essential for this position.

Mandatory Requirements:

• A four-year degree in Engineering (Civil) accredited by Washington Accord, or an equivalent qualification accepted by Engineers Australia.
• Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) at the time of appointment.
• A current Class C Queensland Driver's Licence.
• A criminal history check will be conducted prior to appointment due to the role's access to sensitive data.
