As a member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with Partners and Principals to oversee a varied portfolio of individuals. Your responsibilities will include leading a high-performing team, driving strategic outcomes, and contributing to the future direction of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and reviewing complex personal tax returns.
• Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of professionals.
• Providing proactive tax advice and planning strategies.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Contributing to the strategic growth and vision of the Personal Tax Division.
• Actively working toward equity within the firm.

Requirements:

• CA/CPA qualified.
• 8+ years of experience in professional practice.
• Expertise in personal tax.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A collaborative approach.
• A long-term vision to grow with the firm and step into equity.
