Job Summary: Lead an exceptional team and create meaningful experiences that change lives. This is an opportunity to build something extraordinary by redefining disability support. Our Team Members (participants) engage in activities such as working with farm animals, creating enrichment activities, growing produce, cooking, building projects, learning practical life skills, and forming genuine friendships in a beautiful outdoor environment. We are seeking a Program Lead who can inspire people, lead a team, create unforgettable experiences, and ensure every Team Member (participant) has a day they look forward to. If you naturally take ownership, lead from the front, and love creating positive energy, you will thrive in this role.

About Mandala Care Group: Mandala Care Group is an innovative, NDIS-registered provider committed to delivering high-quality supports that help people live meaningful, connected, and independent lives. We believe disability support should be engaging, purposeful, and centred around real experiences. • Build relationships with families, Support Coordinators, and allied health professionals.
  • Continuously improve the program through innovation and leadership.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking an individual who naturally takes a leadership role, loves developing people, stays calm under pressure, thinks ahead, can organise multiple moving parts, holds people accountable with kindness, believes work should be fun, professional, and purposeful, has genuine compassion for people with disability, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. If you describe yourself as energetic, positive, organised, and solutions-focused, we encourage you to apply.

Essential Experience:

  • Leadership or management experience.
  • Experience in disability, community services, or human services.
  • Experience in Positive Behaviour Support.
  • Experience in team development and coaching.
  • Experience in operational management.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in program delivery or coordination.
  • Experience in problem-solving and decision-making.

Experience leading disability day programs is highly regarded but not essential if you have demonstrated exceptional leadership elsewhere.

Essential Requirements:

  • Current Driver Licence.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Working With Children Check.
  • National Police Check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module.

What We Offer:

  • Beautiful outdoor farm environment.
  • Animals present daily.
  • Genuine career progression.
  • Leadership development opportunities.
  • Supportive executive team.
  • Opportunity to shape one of Australia’s most innovative disability programs.
  • Be part of a program that people genuinely talk about.

Our Culture: We seek individuals who care deeply, are heart-led, notice the little things, make others feel welcome, and leave places better than they find them. If you are passionate about leadership, creating exceptional experiences, and making a genuine difference every day, we encourage you to apply.

Salary: Competitive, with opportunities for career growth and work that matters.
