About the Role
Teys Australia is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Coordinator to join the Asset Management team at its Beenleigh processing facility in Queensland. This role will support project delivery and drive continuous improvement within the Maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve technical queries throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
- Ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Oversee contractor performance, development, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with regulatory, health and safety, and environmental requirements.
About You
It is essential that you possess the following experience and skills:
- Ability to coordinate personnel with diverse skills and experiences to achieve overall planning goals.
- Previous experience coordinating projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy, including advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, and ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, etc.
Desirable:
- Relevant experience within the Food Processing Industry.
- Relevant experience working with Phased Project Delivery Projects.
- Working knowledge and understanding of construction-specific Acts, codes, and Regulations, with particular attention to the National Construction Code - Building Code of Australia, the Queensland Building Work Contractors Act and Regulation, and environmental regulations and legislation.
