TCD is seeking expressions of interest for Project Engineers with a strong interest and experience in major Civil & Water Infrastructure Projects. We are looking for individuals with robust commercial experience and a high degree of attention to detail. Success in this role involves seeing tasks through to completion, effective problem-solving, and collaborative work with your team and other departments.

About the Role:

• Provide engineering support and manage project scope delivery.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to prepare work schedules, assign, and communicate work priorities.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the works scope, drawings, and delivery schedule.
• Directly liaise with the Client and site management team regarding project issues.
• Manage quality documentation, compliance, and project reporting requirements in line with management systems and procedures.
• Coordinate necessary resources, including personnel, plant, materials, and subcontractors, for work delivery.
• Facilitate and support the site management team, reviewing and providing information essential for safe completion of works.
• Monitor and implement QA/QC compliance for project delivery.

About You:

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of two (2) years' experience on Civil & Water Infrastructure Construction Projects, preferably within Western Australia.
• Knowledge of pumps, HDPE & steel pipeworks, hydrotesting & commissioning, and detailed civil earthworks is desirable.
• Strong all-round communication skills for client interactions and the ability to lead others.
• Ability to prioritise, manage time effectively, multitask, and troubleshoot.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and reporting using MS Project or Primavera.
• Project financial and cost management skills, with the ability to prepare accurate forecasts and reports on project status.
• Experience in driving performance improvements and/or change in projects with clear success indicators.
• Flexibility and adaptability to business changes.
• Ability to work autonomously when required and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to complete and pass a thorough Pre-Employment Medical and DAS.
• Commitment to safety, problem-solving, and teamwork.
