About the Company A well-established civil contractor with a strong industry reputation for consistent delivery and quality work. They undertake earthworks, subdivision, and infrastructure projects across the Central Coast and Newcastle regions and are experiencing growth in their project pipeline.

About the Position This role offers ownership of subdivision projects from planning to delivery. You will collaborate closely with experienced Project Managers and site teams, with immediate responsibility and a defined pathway for advancement.

Duties

• Oversee the daily execution of subdivision projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and specifications.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, clients, and relevant authorities.
• Address technical and site-related issues as they arise.
• Monitor budgets, project timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Skills & Experience

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Subdivision experience is highly regarded.
• Confidence in managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
