ROUSSOS RECRUITMENT is seeking a Project Engineer to join a growing South Australian civil contractor. This full-time, onsite position is based in Adelaide SA, with a salary range of $120,000 to $135,000 plus Superannuation and a Car.

The Role

Working alongside experienced Senior Project Engineers and Project Managers, you will play an important role in delivering projects from planning through to completion. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects
• Monitoring quality, programme, and compliance throughout project delivery
• Coordinating site activities and supporting construction teams
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Preparing project documentation, including ITPs, SWMS, and quality records
• Conducting QA inspections and supporting WHS compliance across projects
• Taking on increasing project responsibility as you progress towards a Senior Project Engineer position

You are a Civil Project Engineer with experience delivering infrastructure projects and are ready to continue progressing your career within a growing contractor. You will bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience working on civil infrastructure projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• The ability to work collaboratively with project and site teams
• Ambition to progress into a Senior Project Engineer and, ultimately, Project Manager role
