The Opportunity

A motivated and experienced Project Engineer is sought to join a busy team at the Rose Park office. This role focuses on Brownfield projects across TFI's five process plants, with all project design managed in-house. With numerous projects active concurrently, involvement will extend to Research and Development, modernisation, site expansion, process engineering, production optimisation, and end-of-life projects, among others. The position necessitates strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, time management skills, effective stakeholder communication, and the capacity to manage and coordinate with geographically diverse sites handling multiple projects.

About The Role

• Geographically diverse process plants located in South Australia, Victoria, and New South Wales.
• Multiple projects will be active simultaneously.
• In-house design utilising AutoCAD.
• Operations within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) environment.
• All project aspects are handled internally, offering opportunities for skill development.
• Stakeholder engagement and reporting are key functions.

What We Are Looking For

• A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronic Engineering is considered essential.
• Experience in Brownfield Project Engineering.
• Familiarity with a range of project management methodologies and tools.
• Capability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong experience within a GMP and HACCP manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to travel to various sites as required.
• Must hold a valid Australian driver's licence.
