The Opportunity

The Project Finance Administrator will provide essential support to the Project Delivery Team in daily business operations. This includes maintaining transactions and timesheets, managing billing and invoicing, progressing claims, and tracking payments. The role also involves delivering system and process training to project teams, assisting Project Managers with intricate project data, reconciliations, and issue resolution, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial and project administration.

Requirements

• Support the billing process, including the generation of prebills, billing maintenance, and timely invoice issuance to clients.
• Track payments against the aging report and follow up with customers on overdue accounts.
• Previous cost control experience is required.
• A Certificate IV in Finance or a related area is desirable but not essential.
