Austcorp Executive is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full-time, onsite position in Seven Hills. This role supports a leading Australian food manufacturer in managing a portfolio of capital projects across Sydney-based manufacturing facilities. It is a group-level position focused on the planning, governance, and delivery of CAPEX projects within a dynamic, highly regulated production setting.

The Opportunity

This role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders in engineering, operations, and finance. You will translate business strategy into structured capital investment programs, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-compliant project delivery. The position offers significant business visibility and the chance to influence long-term asset performance and site capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of capital projects across multiple sites.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage contractors, OEMs, and external suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks within live production environments.
• Drive consistency and governance across project delivery frameworks.

About You

• Degree-qualified in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or similar).
• Demonstrated experience delivering CAPEX projects within FMCG / food or beverage manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of project management frameworks and capital stage-gate processes.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects in live, brownfield environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, including contractor and supplier management.
• Confident stakeholder manager, capable of influencing across all levels.
