This is an exciting prospect to join our project team at our Sydney office. As a Project Manager, you will be empowered to ensure flawless project delivery to meet customer expectations and needs, including on-time and on-budget completion of our diverse projects. You will cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure ongoing success. Your organisational skills and technical innovation will be valued in supporting a fast-paced team to perform at the highest level.
Responsibilities Include:
- Plan, coordinate, and prepare project deliverables required for the initiation, development, and execution of assigned projects.
- Provide leadership and manage projects to meet performance and project requirements.
- Ensure the financial status of projects is regularly reviewed and updated.
- Ensure a high quality of work and compliance with OHS&E standards.
- Effectively manage customer and contractor relationships.
- Identify opportunities, improvements, and solutions that enable the planning and driving of continuous initiatives for organisational improvement.
- Demonstrate elevated levels of discipline, professionalism, ethics, and accuracy in the delivery of work under limited timeframe pressures.
What We Are Looking For:
- A Trade Certificate in Electrical / HVAC or an Engineering Qualification with BMS or HVAC experience.
- The ability to adapt and develop through digital transformation.
- A strong background in Building Automation Systems, including their overall design intent, controller product design, and alternative solutions.
- Effective handling of project reviews and management through conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
- Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Visio. BIM and AutoCAD skills would be an advantage.
- Standardisation of deliverables, including software, points lists, and documentation.
