  • Ensure adherence to NDIS, quality, and safety standards.
  • Apply strong clinical judgement and proactive risk management strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Registered Nurse qualification is highly desirable, particularly if accompanied by community care experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline is also desirable.
  • A strong background in psychosocial disability and/or complex, high physical support.
  • Proven leadership experience within community, residential, or complex care settings.
  • A confident, visible leader who actively engages with their team on the floor.
  • A solid understanding of NDIS practices and community-based service delivery.
  • A passion for developing individuals and enhancing participant outcomes.

Why Join AllCare?

  • Career Growth: Contribute to the development of a new Vertical Village and grow alongside the expanding service.
  • Work-Life Balance: The role operates Monday to Friday during business hours, with no rotating rosters.
  • Strong Support: Benefit from centralised rostering, recruitment, and People & Culture teams.
  • Professional Development: Access to sector-leading learning and leadership pathways.
  • Wellbeing: A premium Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available for you and your family.
  • Benefits: Includes a competitive salary, salary packaging options, a fitness pass, and staff discounts.
