This organisation, a leader in the staffing and shared services industry, provides essential support functions including payroll, invoicing, client setup, and collections. They are seeking a detail-oriented Resolutions Officer to join their Shared Services team. This position is available due to an increased need for support in managing credit and re-bill processes.
The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of financial processes, collaborate with internal teams and clients, and support key back-office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute credit re-bill procedures within FastTrack systems.
- Investigate and report on the root causes of errors identified during billing or re-billing.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and candidates.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance existing policies and workflows.
- Provide support for audits, reports, and the documentation of processes.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and standards.

Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience with FastTrack and FT360 pay/bill procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Solid communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Experience working both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Kizuna client and job set-up processes.
