Rosters Coordinator

We Are Vivid is seeking a full-time Rosters Coordinator to join their team in Echuca. This is a remote position.

The Rostering team is fundamental to ensuring support workers are effectively rostered and scheduled to meet the needs of participants within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Responsibilities include maintaining accurate rosters, coordinating shifts, and optimising support worker allocation for efficient service delivery and participant satisfaction.

Duties:

• Develop and maintain staffing rosters.
• Roster in accordance with applicable Awards and organisational policy.
• Capture and record client and staff changes promptly.
• Undertake an on-call/remote response component.
• Ensure appropriate notification and communication of roster changes to Support Workers.
• Accurately record leave in the leave register.
• Collaborate with management to address scheduling conflicts, participant-specific requirements, or emerging issues.

About You:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills, with the capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Capacity to provide high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated high level of computer literacy and experience working with client database programs.
• Ability to collaborate with others, and to provide and accept advice and assistance from colleagues to meet common goals.
• Demonstrated highly developed written and verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Creative and effective problem-solving skills.
• Experience in rostering is preferred but not essential.

Requirements:
