This role is for an individual currently performing Director-level duties seeking greater autonomy, recognition, and a clear trajectory towards equity partnership.

This established boutique firm is recognised for delivering superior tax and business advisory services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and complex privately owned entities. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for an existing client portfolio from the outset, collaborating with current Directors on client strategy, advisory matters, relationship management, team leadership, and firm expansion. This is a platform for immediate client ownership, fostering trusted relationships and contributing to the firm's strategic direction.

About You:

You may currently be a Senior Manager, Associate Director, or Director within a Big 4, mid-tier, or leading boutique chartered accounting firm. Alternatively, you might be a Partner seeking a different professional setting and a more suitable long-term career prospect.

You will possess:

• Extensive senior-level experience in tax and business services.
• Strong technical proficiency in income tax, capital gains tax (CGT), structuring, and business advisory.
• Experience advising complex clients, including privately owned groups, family offices, and/or high-net-worth individuals.
• The confidence and commercial acumen to serve as a trusted advisor.
• The capacity to cultivate enduring client relationships.
• An interest in business development, referrals, and portfolio growth.
• CA ANZ membership.
• A genuine ambition for equity and the associated entrepreneurial outlook.

Location:

East Melbourne (onsite).

Remuneration:

An attractive package will be negotiated with the successful candidate, reflecting their experience, seniority, and the established pathway to equity.
