About the Role

Reporting to the State Manager, your responsibilities will include developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships. You will collaborate closely with technical specialists and internal teams to identify prospects, present innovative solutions, and ensure exceptional customer outcomes. This is a field-based role providing considerable independence, variety, and the chance to impact significant industrial clients and projects.

About You

• Proven track record in field-based B2B technical sales.
• Experience selling industrial electrical, automation, or control products.
• Capability to foster trusted relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a drive for achieving results.

Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial automation, electrical, process industries, or infrastructure markets will be highly regarded.
