Bartons offers fully integrated services across Business Advisory, Tax, Wealth Management, Risk Protection, and Lending. Our operations are built on three core principles: our clients, our people, and our community engagement, which inform our delivery of excellent service.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Business Services Division as part of our planned expansion. In this role, you will lead and manage client engagements, delivering advanced accounting, taxation, and advisory services. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the firm's growth and success.

Requirements for this position include:

• A strong background in accounting, taxation, and advisory services.
• Proficiency in leadership and communication.
• Significant experience with software packages including Xero, MYOB, and XPM/FYI Docs.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant within a professional services firm.
• A Bachelor's Degree and a CA, CPA, or CTA designation.
