Due to sustained and projected long-term growth, Lifestyle Management Partners Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our expanding Finance team in our Leederville office. This newly created role will be instrumental in supporting the Financial Controller.

This is a full-time, office-based position ideal for an individual with prior experience in a complex group environment, possessing an in-depth understanding of intercompany transactions and consolidations. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, hands-on, detail-oriented, and possess a desire to understand operational processes. If you are comfortable with complexity, adept at problem-solving, eager to learn, and aim to build your career, this role is suited for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of end-of-month reconciliations, consolidations, and reporting.
• Preparation of end-of-financial-year reporting, including financial statements and tax returns.
• Preparation of Board packs.
• Management of loan schedules.
• Preparation and presentation of variance reporting to operational managers.
• Assistance with the budgeting process.
• Preparation, review, and lodgement of all compliances.
• Management of the Banking platform.
• Acting as a key liaison between the Bank and external Tax Advisors.
• Processing transactional work if required.
• Ad-hoc reporting and duties as required.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree qualified in Accounting.
• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant proven experience.
• CA/CPA qualified.
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles.
• Strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Proficient with MYOB & XERO.
