Senior Accountant
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, and individuals.
- Assist with BAS, IAS, and general compliance tasks.
- Support tax planning and advisory engagements.
- Liaise directly with clients.
- Assist and support junior staff.
- Ideal for candidates with 3–6+ years of public practice experience, currently undertaking or holding CA/CPA qualification.
Supervisor
- Review financial statements and tax returns prepared by junior staff.
- Manage a portfolio of SME and family group clients.
- Oversee workflow and ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify tax planning and advisory opportunities.
- Serve as the primary client contact for day-to-day matters.
- Ideal for experienced reviewers seeking increased ownership and leadership.
Manager
- Manage a portfolio of business and private clients.
- Review complex compliance and tax work.
- Lead tax planning, structuring, and advisory engagements.
- Coach and develop accounting staff.
- Drive client relationships and growth initiatives.
- Ideal for established Managers with strong technical and leadership capabilities.
Senior Manager / Future Partner
- Lead relationships with significant private clients, family groups, and HNWIs.
- Deliver strategic tax, structuring, and business advisory services.
- Review complex financial statements and tax returns.
- Lead and develop Managers and broader teams.
- Collaborate closely with Partners on firm strategy and client growth.
- This role is primarily focused on advisory, leadership, and review, with minimal preparation responsibilities. A genuine pathway to Equity Partnership is available for the suitable candidate.
