The Role We are looking for a seasoned Business Services & Advisory Accountant to manage a portfolio of SME, family group, and high-net-worth clients, alongside supporting and developing junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of business services clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance documents.
• Offer tax planning advice and broader business advisory support.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships.
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior accountants.
• Collaborate directly with Partners on complex client matters.

Requirements

• CA / CPA qualified.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience within Australian Public Practice.
• Strong background in tax and business services work.
• Proven experience in review work and client management.
• Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement ability.
