About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Officer – Revenue & Finance Insights to assume responsibility for our billing, revenue, and accounts receivable functions. This role also involves providing valuable financial insights to inform operational decision-making. This is a hands-on operational finance position with a significant analytical component. Beyond ensuring accurate billing and timely cash collection, you will analyse data, identify trends, and highlight opportunities to enhance financial performance and sustainability. You will serve as a crucial link between operations and finance, ensuring service delivery is accurately reflected in revenue and that actionable insights are generated.

About You

You are a detail-oriented and analytically proficient finance professional who finds satisfaction in working with data and improving business performance, rather than solely processing transactions.

Your experience should include:

• 4–6+ years in finance, with significant exposure to billing and accounts receivable.
• Experience within high-volume, complex environments.
• Sector experience in NDIS, aged care, or community services (highly desirable).

You will demonstrate:

• Strong analytical capability – the ability to transform data into insight.
• Experience analysing revenue, billing, or operational performance.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, large dataset analysis, and reconciliations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Confidence in collaborating with stakeholders across operations and finance.
• The ability to guide and support team members.
