Roc Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Services Manager for a full-time, hybrid role in Sydney NSW. The salary on offer is $175,000 - $200,000 per annum inclusive of superannuation.

This is an exceptional opportunity within a well-established, mid-tier firm located in the Sydney CBD. The firm boasts a strong national and international reputation, providing a diverse range of financial services to a high-calibre client base.

Position Overview

Due to sustained growth, a new Senior Manager position has been created. This role will encompass:

• Client relationship management
• Mentoring, managing, and reviewing the output of a high-performing team
• Delivering high-level tax compliance and advisory services

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• CA/CPA Qualification
• 10-15+ years of experience within Australian Public Practice, preferably in mid-tier or Top 100 firms
• Demonstrated experience managing in excess of $1 million in fees
• Exceptional tax compliance skills
• Experience with large and complex clients
• Outstanding client relationship management capabilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional leadership skills
• A stable employment history with longevity in previous roles
• Full working rights in Australia

A strong Manager ready to advance to Senior Manager will also be considered.
