The Opportunity: You will assume ownership of civil engineering projects from their inception through to construction, collaborating with clients to achieve exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading civil engineering projects from feasibility to construction.
• Undertaking civil design for roads, drainage, pavements, and earthworks.
• Managing stormwater and preparing Civil DA reports.
• Developing tender and construction documentation.
• Providing contract administration and construction support.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
• Managing client relationships.
• Overseeing project planning, budgets, and quality assurance.
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers.
• Contributing to the growth of the Brisbane team.

About You:

• A Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (essential).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil design consultancy.
• Proficiency in stormwater, flood modelling, and pavement design.
• Experience with 12D, AutoCAD, DRAINS, MUSIC, or XPStorm will be highly regarded.
• A strong understanding of Australian Standards, planning frameworks, and engineering codes.
• A sound grasp of Australian Standards and local authority requirements.
• Leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• RPEQ registration or eligibility.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
