The Senior Commercial Finance Manager will partner directly with senior business leaders to drive investment decisions, business planning, and commercial performance across the ANZ business. This role is suited to an experienced commercial finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business, evaluating investment opportunities, and translating financial analysis into practical recommendations that support growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to identify opportunities to improve performance and accelerate growth
• Support business planning, investment decisions, and pivotal strategic initiatives
• Evaluate investment opportunities and business cases using financial modelling and economic analysis
• Analyse business performance, market trends, and commercial opportunities to inform decision-making
• Translate complex financial information into clear, practical insights that support business decisions
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business
• Support broader finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives

The Candidate

• Strong commercial finance background, ideally from a large multinational or large complex organisation
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to connect financial outcomes to business performance
• Proven experience evaluating investments and supporting strategic decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable operating across functions and in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline
• CA / CPA / ACCA / CIMA highly regarded
• Significant experience in commercial finance or finance business partnering roles
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
