Aspect Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer for a full-time, onsite position in Melbourne VIC. This role offers a salary package of $120k - $160k.

This opportunity is for an experienced Building Services Electrical Engineer to join a growing consultancy recognised for delivering high-quality engineering solutions across various sectors. You will play a key role in project delivery, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with clients, architects, and project teams from inception to completion.

The Role:

• Lead the electrical design and delivery of building services projects.
• Manage projects from concept design through to construction support.
• Liaise directly with clients, architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and designers.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and specifications.
• Attend client meetings, site inspections, and design workshops.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standard.

About You:

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering.
• 4+ years' experience within Australian Building Services consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC, and local authority requirements.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary building projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to a positive team culture.
• CPEng, RPEQ, or NER registration (or working towards) is highly regarded.
