The Role
An opportunity exists for an experienced Manager to join our Brisbane team. In this role, you will lead key global finance operational services within our business services function. Your responsibilities will include leading the Accounts Payable and Cash & Banking teams. You will collaborate closely with the Director and the broader finance leadership team, focusing on driving operational excellence, simplifying processes, aligning services, and pursuing continuous improvement across finance operations.

We are interested in candidates with the following experience:
- Experience leading, motivating, and developing operational teams across multiple jurisdictions.
- Previous experience operating within a complex global or matrix organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead operational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels of the organisation.
- Experience working in a law firm or a similarly highly regulated environment.
- A qualified accountant is preferred; however, candidates with significant relevant operational leadership experience or demonstrably equivalent expertise will also be considered.
